🔧 Mobile Automotive Mechanic — Full-Time / Part-Time

What You'll Do:

  • ✓ Perform brake pad and rotor replacements at customer locations
  • ✓ Conduct thorough brake system inspections and diagnose issues
  • ✓ Perform oil changes and basic maintenance services on-site
  • ✓ Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings
  • ✓ Provide professional, courteous service to customers
  • ✓ Complete digital service records and photo documentation
  • ✓ Maintain a clean, organised mobile service vehicle

What We're Looking For:

  • ✓ 3+ years automotive service experience
  • ✓ ASE certification preferred but not required
  • ✓ Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
  • ✓ Own basic hand tools
  • ✓ Professional communication skills
  • ✓ Ability to work independently without supervision
  • ✓ Customer-focused attitude and punctuality

📞 Customer Service Representative — Full-Time

What You'll Do:

  • ✓ Handle inbound booking calls and online form submissions
  • ✓ Coordinate scheduling between customers and mechanics
  • ✓ Provide upfront pricing quotes to customers
  • ✓ Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • ✓ Manage service records and booking calendar

What We're Looking For:

  • ✓ Strong communication skills (phone and email)
  • ✓ Organised and detail-oriented
  • ✓ Basic automotive knowledge helpful but not required
